About reorganization of some public organizations

Based on part (2) article 32 of the Law No. 98 of May 4, 2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537) and Article 69 of the Civil code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1107-XV of June 6, 2002. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 82-86, 661), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Public Education on reorganization of the National center of education through art by accession of the Republican pedagogical museum.

2. To the Ministry of Public Education:

1) to found the commission on reorganization of the specified organizations in a month;

To provide 2) by means of the commission on reorganization merging of the specified organization according to the procedure, established by the legislation, and cession of property from the Republican pedagogical museum to the National center of education through art, according to requirements of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of the state companies, the organizations, organizations, their divisions, buildings, constructions, fixed assets and other assets approved by the Order of the Government No. 688 of October 9, 1995. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 10, the Art. 45), with subsequent changes and amendments;

3) to approve entering of corresponding changes into the Charter and the staff list of the National center of education through art.

3. In case of impossibility of their transfer in other organizations to perform dismissal of workers according to the existing labor law.

4. To the agency of land relations and inventory to make necessary changes to cadastral documents according to provisions of this Resolution.
