For the purpose of enhancement of activities in the field of forestry, and also proper protection and rational use of the woods I decide:
1. Withdraw from Vitebskdrev open joint stock company sites of forest fund according to appendix and transfer them to the public forestry and landscape institutions subordinated to the Ministry of forestry for forest management.
2. Subitem 8.5 of Item 8 of the Rules of realization of wood in the domestic market of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 7, 2007 No. 214 "About some measures for enhancement of activities in the field of forestry" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 118, 1/8576; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 13.11. 2012, 1/13877) to exclude.
3. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 31.05.2017 No. 197
4. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus till January 1, 2015 to take measures for implementation of this Decree.
5. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:
item 4 – after official publication of the Decree;
other provisions of this Decree – since January 1, 2015.
