1. Approve the enclosed Rules of transfer to property employment of the property which is under economic authority or operational management of the republican state companies, including objects of state-owned property, not privatizeable.
2. To provide to the ministries, the agencies and departments:
1) observance by the jurisdictional republican state enterprises of the Rules specified in Item 1 of this resolution by transfer to property employment of the property which is under economic authority or operational management including objects of state-owned property, not privatizeable;
2) submission to Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the summary quarterly report on provision in property employment by the jurisdictional republican state enterprises of the property which is at them under economic authority or operational management, no later than the fifth following the accounting period of month according to appendix.
3. Recommend:
1) to provide to National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan observance by the jurisdictional republican state enterprises of the Rules specified in Item 1 of this resolution by transfer to property employment of the property which is under economic authority or operational management;
