1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Provision, the description and sample of the certificate on return to the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 30, 2008 No. 407 the following change:

Determine that in case of receipt of the Kyrgyz Republic by foreign organizations from competent authorities of confirmation about belonging of person to nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic and the copy of the application in form No. 1 to consider earlier issued all-civil passport and the passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic (ID-card) invalid.
