1. Approve the enclosed Rules of reorganization in joint-stock companies of the higher educational institutions and the organizations of the scientific and technical sphere which are in republican property.
2. To the ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to create the working commission with participation of representatives of the interested ministries and departments for determination of terms and types of privatization of the higher educational institutions and the organizations of the scientific and technical sphere which are in republican property.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
