About introduction of amendments to the Law of Turkmenistan "About protection of public health from impact of tobacco smoke and effects of consumption of tobacco products"

2. In Article 21:

to state Items 1 and 2 of part seven in the following edition:

"1) the text is put with letters over the drawing (pictogram), the facsimile fat, accurate, easily readable font. At the same time the line spacing shall not exceed font height;

2) the direction of the text is located parallel to the bottom or upper edge of pack or other consumer packaging of tobacco products. At the same time the arrangement of the text shall keep as much as possible drawings (pictograms), facsimiles of destructive effects of consumption of tobacco products and impact of tobacco smoke on human body;";

in part eleven of the word "the eighth and ninth" shall be replaced with words "ninth and tenth", "capital" to exclude the word.

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
