1. Approve the enclosed Methodical recommendations to execution of decisions (acts) of general meetings of shareholders of joint-stock companies with the state participation in the authorized capital.

2. To management on work with non-state legal entities with the state participation (Ibraimov K. U.) provide mailing of this order within 5 (five) working days from the date of the introduction it in force:

to structural divisions of Committee of state-owned property and privatization;

to territorial committees of state-owned property and privatization;

to the state bodies performing rights of possession and uses of republican state blocks of shares of joint-stock companies;

to joint-stock companies with republican state participation in the authorized capital.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of Committee of state-owned property and privatization Komarov G. G.

4. This order becomes effective from signature date.
