1. These rules establish procedure for determination of the amount of payment under the agreement on establishment of the servitude concerning the parcels of land which are in federal property (further - the parcels of land).

The amount of payment is determined by the agreement on establishment of the servitude based on the cadastral cost of the parcel of land and is calculated as 0,01 of percent of cadastral cost of the parcel of land for every year of effective period of the servitude if other is not established by these rules.
