About approval of the Actions plan of the Ministry of social development of the Kyrgyz Republic of implementation of the State program on development of justice for children in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2014-2018

For the purpose of implementation of the State program on development of justice for children in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2014-2018 approved by the resolution of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic of October 16, 2014 No. 4390-V I order:

1. Approve the Actions plan on implementation of the State program on development of justice for children in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2014-2018 (further - the Plan) according to appendix.

2. To district, city managements of social development:

- accept the above-stated Plan to execution;

- on half-year to the 5th to provide information in Management on protection of family and children about course of execution of the above-stated Plan.

3. To management on protection of family and children:

- take part in works of the ministries and departments on execution of actions of the State program for development of justice for children in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2014-2018;

- on half-year to the 15th to perform collection and generalization of information from district, city managements of social development on execution of the Plan;

- to annually perform collection and generalization of information from state bodies, local government bodies, non-profit organizations on execution of the Plan;

- to annually send the summarized information to Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic and Interdepartmental coordination council on juvenile justice under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. To department of documentary providing and administrative support to bring this order to contractors.

5. To impose control over execution of this order on Polotova Zh. A. - deputy minister.
