About modification of the Procedure for maintaining the State Immovable Property Cadastre approved by the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of February 4, 2010 No. 42

For the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal base of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation I order:

1. Make changes to the Procedure for maintaining the State Immovable Property Cadastre approved by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of February 4, 2010 No. 42 (registration No. 16771), according to appendix is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on March 31, 2010.

2. This order becomes effective since June 30, 2014.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for maintaining the State Immovable Property Cadastre approved by the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of February 4, 2010 No. 42

1. In Item 1:

a) "the code of data about" shall be replaced with words words "the code of data about considered according to the Law on the inventory";

b) add with the offer of the following content:

"Maintaining GKN is performed with use of the automated information system GKN (AIS GKN).".
