About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

2. Financing of the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution is performed within the budgetary appropriations provided in the federal budget to the Federal Customs Service on implementation of activities in the established sphere.

3. This resolution extends to the legal relationship which arose since April 1, 2014.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In Regulations on the calculation of length of service for purpose of pensions to customs officers taking into account features of service in customs authorities of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 2, 1998 No. 103 "About procedure for calculation of length of service for appointment and pension payment and benefits to persons serving (working) in customs authorities of the Russian Federation, and to their families" (The Russian Federation Code 1998, as No. 6, as Art. 737; 2000, No. 2, Art. 249; 2001, No. 9, Art. 856; 2003, No. 20, Art. 1912; 2010, No. 4, Art. 415):

a) add Item 2 with the subitem "i" of the following content:
