For the purpose of enhancement of technique of creation of national identification number to non-state bonds (daleeobligation), Management of the National commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan on securities (further referred to as "The national commission")

1. Approve the Instruction "The technique of creation of national identification number to non-state bonds" (is applied).
2. Determine that this Resolution becomes effective from the date of its registration by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To management of corporate finances of central office of the National commission to establish control of execution of this Resolution.
