In pursuance of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2014 "About modification and amendments in the Labor code of the Republic of Belarus", and also for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for purpose of benefits the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2013 No. 569 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About public welfare payments to the families raising children" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 10.07. 2013, 5/37507; 05:03. 2014, 5/38492) following amendments and changes:

1.1. in Regulations on procedure for providing with temporary disability benefits and on pregnancy and childbirth, approved by this resolution:

in Item 21:

after part one to add Item with part of the following content:

"In case of resubordination, reorganization of the payer, change of the owner of its property during the settlement period the size of daily average earnings for calculation of temporary disability benefit is determined by his legal successor taking into account earnings for the period of work before the specified changes based on the data on earnings requested by the payer granting allowance.";
