5. Add with Article 317-1 of the following content:

"Article 317-1. Violation of requirements of ensuring unity of measurements

317-1.1. Carrying out measurements in the field of, belonging to state regulation of ensuring unity of measurements, with use of measuring instruments which type is not approved and (or) which did not undergo testing, and (or) accomplishment of measurements by means of the techniques (methods) of measurements which did not undergo certification -

attracts imposing of penalty on officials in the amount of one thousand five hundred to two thousand manats, on legal entities at the rate from three thousand to four thousand manats.

317-1.2. Issuance of standard sample or the measuring instrument provided for use in the field of, belonging to state regulation of ensuring unity of measurements, without approval of type and (or) without conducting primary check of measuring instruments -

attracts imposing of penalty on officials at the rate from one thousand to one thousand five hundred manats, on legal entities at the rate from two thousand to three thousand manats.

317-1.3. Setup of measuring instruments without the permission and (or) intervention in measuring instruments that can entail misstatement of results of measurements -

attracts imposing of penalty on officials at the rate from one thousand to two thousand manats, on legal entities at the rate from three thousand to four thousand manats.

317-1.4. Use of measuring instruments which do not provide the accuracy which is required for measurements in the field of, belonging to state regulation of ensuring unity of measurements -
