Bring in the Procedure for provision of approval on creation by the professional participant of the stock market of separate division outside Ukraine approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of November 6, 2012 No. 1583, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 28, 2012 for No. 1999/22311 (further - the Procedure), the following changes:

"Seal of the licensee" to add 1) in the text of the Procedure after words with words "(in the presence)";

1, 2 to the Procedure after the letters "L. S." to add 2) in appendices with words "(in the presence)".

2. To provide to department of regulation of depository and clearing activity (I. Kurochkin) submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
