About modification and amendments in the Instruction on enforcement proceeding

Based on Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction on enforcement proceeding approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of December 20, 2004 No. 40 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 2, 8/11871; 2011, No. 119, 8/24236), following changes and amendments:

1.1. the tenth Item 3 to state part in the following edition:

"Exit (departure) at the place of residence (the place of stay) or the location of the debtor or his property by group of legal executives in number of at least two people is performed according to the order of the chairman of justices or senior legal executive.";

1.2. in Item 90:
