3. To management of small privatization (Ibzhanov A. I.) in three-day time to bring this resolution to the attention of territorial committees on state-owned property.
4. It is strict to chairmen of territorial committees on state-owned property to be guided by the specified Provision.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the State Property Committee Kalmurzayev S. S.
