For the purpose of effective implementation of actions for liquidation of the insolvent enterprises which do not have perspectives of financial and economic improvement at the initiative of the state as owner, owner of share or holder of the block of shares of the company the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for selection of the state companies, economic partnerships with participation of the states recommended for liquidation.
2. To Chapters regional, Almaty city administrations to create the regional commissions on sanitation and liquidation of the insolvent companies in a month.
3. To the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Kazakhstan to approve regulations on the regional commission on sanitation and liquidation of the insolvent companies.
4. To the regional commissions on sanitation and liquidation of the insolvent companies quarterly no later than the 20th of month, the second behind reporting quarter, to represent to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the form approved by it information on insolvency of the state companies, economic partnerships with participation of the state.
5. To the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Kazakhstan in decade time to make offers on the problem resolution of employment of employees of the state companies, economic partnerships with participation of the state which are subject to liquidation.
