About measures for ensuring information exchange and maintaining the information database on state-owned property

For the purpose of enhancement of accounting of state-owned property, and also control of its use the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve Rules of maintaining the Register of the state companies and organizations, legal entities with participation of the state in the authorized capital (further - Rules) according to appendix.

2. Determine that concerning the state companies, public institutions and legal entities with participation of the state in the authorized capital questions of education, reorganization, liquidation and re-registration, and also encumbrance (pledge, transfer to management), changes of equity of the state are regulated by Rules and other regulatory legal acts.

3. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations (under approval), to Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other state bodies to provide timely data presentation according to Rules.

4. To the ministries, departments and other state bodies together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to bring the regulatory base into accord with this resolution.

5. Declare invalid Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 1, 1997 N 1207 "About increase in effective management of state-owned property".

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
