About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About especially protected natural territories"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 20, 1994 "About especially protected natural territories" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 23, 2000 (Vyarkho¸naga Savet's Vedamastsi of Respubliki Belarus, 1994, No. 35, Art. 570; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 52, 2/171; 2008, No. 172, 2/1472; No. 275, 2/1541; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 23.01. 2014, 2/2128) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:

in paragraph six of the word "and objects" shall be replaced with words "and (or) objects";

"natural" to add the paragraph of the eighth after the word with words "complexes and (or)".

2. In Article part two 2, 3, parts one and the fifth Article 15 of the word "and objects" and "and objects" to replace Article parts one respectively with the words "and (or) objects" and "and (or) objects".

3. Add the Law with Article 4-1 of the following content:

"Article 4-1. The earth of especially protected natural territories

The earth of especially protected natural territories consist of lands of nature protection purpose and (or) lands of other categories, except for the lands specified in part two of this Article.
