1. Approve enclosed:

1) reporting forms:

KND-3-02/1 "Execution of the repayment schedule of delayed accounts payable";

KND-3-02/2 "Collection of receivables which arose at the time of application of the procedure of rehabilitation";

KND-3-02/3 "Collection of the current receivables which arose after application of the procedure of rehabilitation";

KND-3-02/4 "Receipt of the income during rehabilitation";

KND-3-02/5 "The administrative expenses which arose during rehabilitation";

KND-3-02/6 "Movement of fixed assets";

KND-3-02/7 "The arrived means according to the commitment letter of turnaround manager and the made costs";

2) instruction for filling of forms of otchetnost.

2. To provide to chiefs of territorial authorities submission of reports on the enclosed forms in the terms specified in the instruction for filling of forms of the reporting on electronic media or by e-mail.

3. Declare invalid paragraph one of the subitem 1) of Item 1 of the Order of the Chairman of Committee on work with poor debtors of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 21.10.2002 N 14 "About approval of forms of the reporting of Committee on work with poor debtors".

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of Committee on work with poor debtors of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Makazhanov N. K.
