About entering of amendments into the Code about elections No. 1381-XIII of November 21, 1997
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
In the Code about elections No. 1381-XIII of November 21, 1997 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, No. 81, of the Art. 667), with subsequent changes, to make the following additions:
1. Add Article 47 with part (2-1) following of content:
"(2-1) Competitors on elections are forbidden to attract in any shape of faces, not being citizens of the Republic of Moldova, to actions for election propaganda.".
2. Part (Article 69 to add 4) with Item d) the following content:
"d) violation by the competitor on elections of provisions of part (2-1) Articles 47.".
