About entering of amendments and changes into resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

According to article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2014 "About modification and amendments in the Tax code of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on the procedure for creation of the request for patent grant on the invention, conducting on it examination and decision by results of examination approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 2, 2011 No. 119 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 23, 5/33282):

1.1.1. 275, paragraph two of Item 281 and Item 282 after the words "for giving" to add Item paragraph two with the words "and conducting preliminary expert examination";

1.1.2. in Item 396:

in subitem 396.2 of the word "the petition for prolongation of submission due date of such request for the invention shall be provided" shall be replaced with words "the petition for prolongation of submission due date of such request for the invention and the document confirming payment of patent fee in the established size shall be provided";

add subitem 396.4 with offers of the following content: "In case of non-compliance with the specified term according to the petition of the applicant (applicants) submitted before its expiration, the right of conventional priority can be recovered under condition if the copy of the first request for the invention is requested by the applicant (applicants) no later than 14 months from the date of submission of the first request for the invention and is provided to patent body within two months from the date of its obtaining by the applicant (applicants). The document confirming payment of patent fee in the established size is attached to the petition for recovery of the right of conventional priority;";

1.1.3. Item 399 in paragraph one to replace the word "receipts" with the word "giving";
