Accept gratuitously till May 1, 2015 in property of the Republic of Belarus 514 774 common (ordinary) shares of Pinsk Meat-processing Plant open joint stock company which are in property of the Brest region, and 5 355 559 common (ordinary) shares of the called joint-stock company, 5923 rubles which are in property of the Pinsk district, nominal value for the total amount of 34 769 982 359 rubles.
2. To the state committee on property together with the Brest regional executive committee and the Pinsk district executive committee to take measures for implementation of this resolution.
