Bring in the Federal Law of March 26, 1998 No. 41-FZ "About precious metals and gemstones" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 13, Art. 1463; 1999, No. 14, Art. 1664; 2002, No. 2, Art. 131; 2003, No. 2, Art. 167; 2004, No. 45, Art. 4377; 2005, No. 19, Art. 1752; No. 30, Art. 3101; 2007, No. 31, Art. 4011; 2010, No. 50, Art. 6594; 2011, No. 30, Art. 4596; No. 48, Art. 6728) following changes:

1) in preamble:

a) word in paragraph six "federal assay supervision," to exclude;

b) to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:

"determines the purposes, types, forms of the state control (supervision) of production, use and the address of precious metals, and also behind production (regarding sorting, primary classification and primary assessment of gemstones), use and the address of gemstones, procedure for its organization and implementation.";
