About modification of the Law of Ukraine "About advertizing" concerning use of separate elements of improvement and contact network when implementing advertizing activities

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About advertizing" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 8, Art. 62; 2008, No. 18, Art. 197; 2010, No. 34, Art. 486; 2012, No. 39, Art. 463; 2014, 1, the Art. 1) after part six to add No. with new part of such content:

"7. Advertizing and/or advertizing means on the supporting, basic and other elements of contact network, on means and the equipment (including support) outside lighting is forbidden".

With respect thereto the seventh and eighth to consider parts respectively parts eight and the ninth.

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other central executive bodies in compliance with this Law.
