1. Approve the enclosed Rules of interaction of state bodies according to the prevention, identification and suppression of the facts of deliberate and false bankruptcy.
2. To tax authorities, Committee on work with poor debtors of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, bodies of financial police and justice during monthly term from the date of introduction in operations of this Joint order to take measures for the organization of its execution.
3. To impose control of execution of this Joint order on the vice-Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Rayev M. K., Chairman of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kanatov S. S., First Deputy Chairman of the Agency of financial police of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ibraimov R. A.
4. (Z.Kakimzhanova) to direct to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan this order to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
