Item 28 of Regulations of temporary detention centers of the law-enforcement bodies approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of October 20, 2003 No. 234 (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 127, 8/10172), to state in the following edition:
"28. In need of the relation of persons which arrived in IVS photography, and also in the cases and procedure established by the legislation, fingerprinting is carried out. Photos join materials based on which persons are held in custody, and the material carriers containing dactyloscopic information go to the State committee of judicial examinations of the Republic of Belarus.";
