About modification of the Procedure for making of notarial actions by notaries of Ukraine

1. Bring in the Procedure for making of notarial actions by notaries of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 22, 2012 No. 296/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 22, 2012 on No. 282/20595 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in Chapter 8 of the Section I:

to add Item 2 after the word of "organization" with words "(in the presence)";

to add Item 3 after words of "legal entity" with words "(in the presence)";

Subitem 4.2 of item 4 of Chapter 7 of the Section II after the word "seals" to add 2) with words "(in the presence)".

2. To department of notariate and financial monitoring (Baranova T. I.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. To chiefs of Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, head departments of justice in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol to provide proper accomplishment of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Bondarchuk I. V.
