1. Determine that:

1.1. the raising coefficients to the tariff charge (salary) (further - the raising coefficients) for payroll calculation of employees of the state-financed organizations and other organizations receiving subsidies which workers are equated on compensation to employees of state-financed organizations (further - other organizations) are established in 2015, since II quarter, from the first following reporting quarter at the expense of means republican and the local budgets released as a result of implementation of actions on optimization of structure and number of employees of state-financed organizations and other organizations, and also economy of other budgetary funds provided on functioning of state-financed organizations and other organizations within means on expense budget, except for expenses on payment of utilities (regarding expenses on payment of gas consumption, heat and electrical energy) and capital expenditures (further - economy of budgetary appropriations).
