According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 3, 2006 "About approval of the Procedure for providing the military personnel and members of their families by premises" and for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine in compliance with the current legislation I order to No. 1081:

1. Approve Change to the Instruction about the organization of providing the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and members of their families premises approved by the order of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine of November 30, 2011 No. 737, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on January 10, 2012 on No. 24/20337 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine of June 19, 2014 No. 401) which is applied.

2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Change to the Instruction about the organization of providing the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and members of their families with premises
