About entering of amendments and changes into the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, No. 8, the Art. 992) the following amendments and changes:

1. Add Article 153 with Items 39-43 of the following content:

"39)" the affined standard ingots" - the made and marked ingots from gold and/or silver conforming to the International standards of quality accepted by the London association of the market of precious metals.

40) "The affined measuring ingots" - the made and marked ingots from gold and/or silver emitted (issued) by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic or the affinaging company certified by the London association of the market of precious metals weighing 1000 grams and less with content of chemically net main metal is at least 99,95-99,99 of percent of alloyed mass of ingot for gold at least 99,90 of percent of alloyed mass of ingot for silver

41) "Investment coins from gold and/or silver" - the coin from gold and/or silver emitted (issued by National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic intended for investment and creation of personal fund of savings by the population.

42) "Numismatical (collection) coins" - the coins issued by National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in limited quantity, intended for the cultural and educational purposes and having certain subject.

43) "The marked ingots" - ingots on which conventional signs, letters, figures, graphical signs or texts for the purpose of their further identification are applied with specifying of their properties, characteristics and identification data.".

2. In Article 243:
