In the Regulations on gradualness of the penalties imposed to the insurer (overcautious person) or the insurance and/or reinsurance broker approved by the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 60/5 of December 20, 2013 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, No. 53-59, to the Art. 313) registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 963 of February 24, 2014 to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Item 10:

3) to add 1) after the subitem with subitem 3-1) of the following content:

"3-1) violation of obligations on accounting, special registers, stipulated by the legislation, and also non-presentation, representation with delay or submission of financial and/or specialized statements, sheets, the registers containing false or false information;";

"d) issue of the insurance policy AGO and/or insurance certificate "Green card" without receipt of insurance premium in full;";

9) to add 3) after the subitem with subitem 9-1) of the following content:
