Approve Changes in the Regulations on consolidation of professional participants of the stock market approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market (further - NKTsBFR) of December 27, 2012 No. 1925, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 25, 2013 for No. 182/22714 (with changes) which are applied.

2. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

3. To provide to department of the analysis, strategy and development of the legislation (M. Libaniya) submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. (A. Zbarazhskaya) to provide to management of internal audit and communications publication of this decision in the official NKTsBFR printing publication.

5. And clerical works (A.Zaik) to provide to management of information technologies promulgation of this decision on the official site of NKTsBFR.
