About modification and amendments in the Instruction about financial accounting in centralized accounts departments of primeriya of villages (communes), cities approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 94 of July 19, 2010.

Due to the need of reflection in financial accounting of some specific transactions of centralized accounts departments of primeriya of villages (communes), cities I ORDER:

To make the following additions to the Instruction about financial accounting in centralized accounts departments of primeriya of villages (communes), cities approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 94 of July 19 2010,.

1. In Chapter II "Accounting of transactions on execution of expense budgets" the Section "Calculations with the Government Budget", Item 56-1, after the first paragraph to introduce new paragraphs of the following content:

"References notifications - form 2430901 (appendix No. 7), constituted by the Ministry of Finance, and form 2430902 (appendix No. 8), constituted by the central body of the public power and approved with the Ministry of Finance form the basis for reference of the amounts on mutual calculations between budgets.

Based on references notifications local authorities of the public power carry out corresponding changes in the budget."

2. This order becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
