The regulations about credit transfer approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 157 of 1.08.2013 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, No. 191-197, the Art. 1370) registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 936 of August 30 2013, to change and add as follows:
