1. Bring in the Regulations on consolidation of professional participants of the stock market approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of December 27, 2012 No. 1925, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 25, 2013 for No. 182/22714, the following changes:

The Section I to add 1) with new Item of the following content:

"6. The documents (their copy) submitted according to this Provision also shall be certified by seal (seals), need such certificate in the presence of corresponding (corresponding) to press (seals).";

Appendices 5, of 6, of 11, 12 to the Provision after the letters "L. S." to add 2) with words "(in the presence)".

2. Bring in the Procedure for consideration of the applications of self-regulatory organizations of professional participants of the stock market about authority delegation to self-regulatory organizations of professional participants of the stock market and decision making approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of November 26, 2013 No. 2670, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 27, 2014 at No. 170/24947, the following changes:
