Article 1. No. ZR-52 of March 30, 1993 about language to add article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with new part of the following content:
"In the Republic of Armenia study and education of deafs is performed in Armenian of gestures".
Article 2. This law becomes effective next day after official publication.
