1. Declare invalid the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine of September 28, 2004 No. 2007/363 "About approval of the Standard charter of the open joint stock company created by corporatisation of the state company which is not subject to privatization", No. 1346/9945 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 20, 2004.

2. To provide to management of ensuring activities of economic societies and recovery of solvency of Corporate management department of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine and the deputy minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
