About approval of the Regulations on pensions for special merits before the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Approve Regulations on pensions for special merits before the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic annually to provide in the republican budget of assignment to Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic on payment of additional allowances to pensions for special merits before the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Determine that operation of this resolution regarding establishment and pension accrual for special merits before the Kyrgyz Republic does not extend to persons to whom additional allowances to pensions for special merits before the Kyrgyz Republic before entry into force of this resolution are established and added.

4. Declare invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on pensions for special merits before the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 19, 1998 No. 82;
