2) Rules of representation of the state statistics of forms of notices to bodies.

2. To impose control of execution of this order on the Vice-Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Stamkulov U. M.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice and becomes effective since September 20, 2004.
