About introduction of amendments to article 69 of the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning simplification of conditions of business

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in article 69 of the Tax Code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. No. 13-17, of the Art. 112) the following changes:

1. Add Item 69.1 with the words "or information from this register obtained by bank according to the law with indication of data on registration in monitoring bodies as the taxpayer".

2. In paragraph one of Item 69.2 of the word "no later than the next working day from the date of opening/account termination (including day of opening/closing)" shall be replaced with words "in day of opening/account termination".

3. Add Item 69.3 with the paragraph the second the following content:

"If the monitoring body during the term established by paragraph one of this Item did not direct the notification on refusal in adoption of the account to accounting, such account is considered registered in monitoring body on acquiescence - for time and the date of receipt by financial institution of the message (receipt) of monitoring body on confirmation of the fact of adoption of the message in processing according to the procedure for submission of messages established according to Item 69.5 of this Article".

4. Add Item 69.4 with words and figures "or the date determined as date of registration in monitoring body by acquiescence according to the paragraph to the second Item 69.3 of this Article".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in two-month time from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries, other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
