About entering of amendments and changes into the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility

Article 1.

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 2. Art. 77) following amendments and changes:

1. In Article 92:

add Article with the note of the following content:

"Note. Absence in the market of the Kyrgyz Republic of special food ingredients (premixes) for enrichment of flour exempts persons from the administrative responsibility in parts the second - the fourth this Article.".

2. In Item 2 of Article 506 of the word "city, district" to replace with the word of "local".

3. In Article 509 of the word of "the district, city public administrations" shall be replaced with words "local public administrations and local government bodies".
