About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning stabilization of paying balance

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Customs code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, No. No. 44-48, of the Art. 552) the following changes:

The additional import fee is established by the law according to the article XII of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade of 1994 (further - GATT-1994) and the Arrangement on the provision GATT-1994 of rather paying balance in case of considerable deterioration in condition of paying balance or essential reducing gold and foreign exchange reserves, or achievements of the minimum size by them for the purpose of ensuring balance of paying balance and increase in the size of gold and foreign exchange reserves";

5) in Article 282:
