- allocate to offices of plenipotentiaries of the Government, the Kyrgyz Republic in areas, to the city halls of the cities of Bishkek and Osh money, in the amount of 9 194 250 (nine million hundred ninety four thousand two hundred fifty) som for payment of compensations to persons involved in collection of biometric these citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, except for the staff of the Public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix;

- allocate to the Ministry of Culture, information and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic money in the amount of 800 000 (eight hundred thousand) som for covering of the expenses connected with carrying out information and explanatory work among the population concerning collection of biometric these citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic;
