About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of March 28, 2008 No. 55
Based on part four of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2006 "About medicines" and subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446 "About some questions of the Ministry of Health and measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2011 No. 360" the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Regulations on committee on ethics approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of March 28, 2008 No. 55 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 97, 8/18639; 2009, No. 162, 8/21137), following changes:
to exclude from Item 1 of the word "about committee on ethics";
in the paragraph the second item 4 of the word of "physical persons" and "examinees" to replace respectively with words of "patients" and "patients";
in paragraphs three and the fourth Item 5 to replace the word "examinees" with the word "patients" in the corresponding case;
exclude Item 14.
2. This resolution becomes effective since May 21, 2015.
