About entering of amendments and changes into the order of Operational analytical center in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus of November 29, 2013 No. 89

According to part six of article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2009 "About the electronic document and the digital signature" and Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 8, 2011 "About some questions of development of information society in the Republic of Belarus" I ORDER to No. 515:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for carrying out accreditation of service providers in the State management system open keys of verification of the digital signature of the Republic of Belarus and control of observance of conditions of accreditation approved by the order of Operational analytical center in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus of November 29, 2013 No. 89 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.12. 2013, 7/2650), following amendments and changes:

1.1. to add part one of Item 9 with the offer of the following content: "In case of accreditation as the registration center the applicant in addition specifies certification center and policy of application of certificates which he joins in the request.";

1.2. to add Item 13 after the words "about carrying out accreditation" with the words "in form according to appendix 4 to this Instruction";

1.3. add Item 21 with words "by means of approval of accreditation body by the head or its authorized deputy of the final report by results of the applicant's assessment";

1.4. in Item 30 of the word "according to appendix 4" shall be replaced with words "according to appendix 5";

1.5. in Item 37:
