Determine that the statement of insured person for distribution of means of pension accruals and the statement of insured person for appointment, payment and delivery of funded pension represented to the insurer on mandatory pension insurance in electronic form:

a) are drawn up according to requirements to formats of the specified statements which are established by Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Ministry of digital development, of communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation and are posted on the official site of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation on the Internet;

b) are signed according to requirements of the Federal Law "About the Digital Signature":

by the strengthened qualified digital signature or the strengthened unqualified digital signature of insured person which certificate of key of check is created and it is used in the infrastructure providing information and technological interaction of the information systems used for provision of the state and municipal services electronically in the procedure (the statement of insured person for distribution of means of pension accruals) established by the Government of the Russian Federation;
