About some questions of state registration of automotor-vehicles and trail cars to them in State Inspection for Road Traffic Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the territory of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol

1. Determine that till January 1, 2018 registration of the automotor-vehicles and trail cars to them (further - vehicles) which are in ownership of the citizens of the Russian Federation living in the territory of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol which acquired citizenship of the Russian Federation according to the Federal constitutional Law "About Acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea and Education as a part of the Russian Federation New Subjects — the Republic of Crimea and the Federal City of Sevastopol" and citizens of the Russian Federation who on the date of entry into force of the specified Federal constitutional Law lived in the territory of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, and also the legal entities registered in the specified territories according to the legislation of Ukraine till March 18, 2014 which do not have the documents confirming their property right to vehicles it is performed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation taking into account the following features:

a) the registration actions connected with replacement of registration documents and the state registration signs are made without issue of passports of vehicles on the basis:

passports of the citizen of the Russian Federation containing data on its registration at the place of residence in the territory of the Republic of Crimea or Sevastopol, or the documents confirming state registration as the Russian legal entity;

the registration documents and the state registration signs issued on vehicles according to the legislation of Ukraine till March 18, 2014;
