About entering of amendment and changes into some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of enhancement, and streamlining of payment terms of work of some employee categories of system of social protection of the population, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work, some employee categories of system of social protection of the population" of April 19, 2011 No. 170 the following amendment and change:

- the paragraph third Item 3 after words "to social workers," to add with words "to workers of houses nursing homes for elderly citizens and persons with limited opportunities of health, nurseries, adult psychoneurological houses nursing homes, the rehabilitation centers for persons with limited opportunities of health, the centers rendering social services to family and children, orphanages of family type for children with limited opportunities of health";

- appendix 11 "Standard states of administrative and medical personnel of orphanages of family type for children with limited opportunities of health", approved by the above-stated resolution to state in edition according to appendix to this resolution.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About creation of public institution "Orphanage of family type for children with limited opportunities of health" of December 11, 2014 No. 700 the following change:

- the tenth item 4 to declare the paragraph invalid.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
